POWERGRID Recruitment 2025 – Salary
- Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000/- per month (approximate fixed contract basis)
- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – ₹1,05,000/- per month (approximate fixed contract basis)

Eligibility Criteria for POWERGRID Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Field Engineer (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Electrical with at least 55% marks + 1 year experience in RE/DMS/ST/TL/Sub-stations.
- Field Engineer (Civil): B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Civil with at least 55% marks + 1 year relevant experience.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 55% marks + 1 year relevant experience. (Higher qualifications like B.Tech./M.Tech. not allowed)
- Field Supervisor (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks + 1 year relevant experience. (Higher qualifications not allowed)
- Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication): Diploma in Electronics/IT/Electrical with at least 55% marks + 1 year experience in Telecommunication systems. (Higher qualifications not allowed)
