- Officer Scale-II (Manager): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and 2 years experience.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and 5 years experience.
- Specialist Officers (IT, CA, Law, Marketing, Treasury, Agriculture): Relevant degree/qualification with at least 1–2 years of experience.
