PNRD Assam Recruitment 2025 – Apply for Manager, Executive & Officer Posts

The Office of the Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development (PNRD), Assam has released an official notification for the recruitment of Senior State Program Manager, State Program Executive, and Quality Control Officer posts. These positions are contractual/temporary and will be filled under the Commissionerate of Panchayat & Rural Development.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Senior State Program Manager (MGNREGA)

Qualification: M.Tech / M.E in CS, IT, Civil, or ECE; OR MBA in HR/Finance
Experience: Minimum 10 years in a Managerial Cadre in public/private sector with strong IT knowledge
Language: English, Hindi, and local language mandatory

2. State Program Executive (Finance, Accounts, Procurement)

Qualification: M.Com or MBA (Finance/Accounts) with 60% minimum marks
Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting roles in government or private sector; must be familiar with Finacle, Fintech, Sparsh
Language: English, Hindi, and local language mandatory

3. Quality Control Officer

Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60%
Experience: Minimum 3 years, with 1 year in Rural Development projects preferred
Language: English, Hindi, and local language mandatory
