- Electronics: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical with Electronics Specialization.
- Information Technology:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT / Electronics, OR
- MCA (Master in Computer Application).
Additional Requirement: Must have a valid GATE Score (2023 / 2024 / 2025) in the respective stream.
