Assam D.El.Ed. Admission 2025 – Check SCERT D.El.Ed PET Result

The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam has released the official notification for Assam D.El.Ed. Admission 2025 into the 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course for the session 2025-2027. Interested and eligible candidates must apply online and appear for the Pre-Entry Test (PET) 2025 to be considered for admission.

The course will be offered in NCTE recognized Teacher Education Institutes (TEIs) including DIETs, CTEs, Normal Schools, BTCs, and Private TEIs across Assam.

Eligibility Criteria

Resident-ship: Only permanent residents of Assam are eligible.
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (+2) or equivalent from recognized board/council with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
Age Limit: 18 to 34 years as of 1st July 2025. Relaxation of 2 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates.
Reservation: As per existing Govt. norms.
Application Fee: ₹600/- for all categories. Payable online.

Admit Card

Candidates can download their SCERT Assam D.El.Ed PET Admit Card from https://scertpet.co.in from 5th July 2025 using their Application Number and Date of Birth.

PET Exam Venue

The venue for the PET will be in the district selected during application and mentioned on the admit card. Allotment of TEIs will be based on the selected district.

Click on “Online Application Form” and complete “New Registration”.
Login and fill in all personal and educational details.
Upload necessary documents.
Pay the application fee online.
Submit the form and take a printout for reference.
